It means to me that without hope it is kind of hard to really do anything because you don't believe in your self so you do not believe you can do anything just like when tango had a dream about his sister telling him with out hope without hope nothing is possible so when tango tried to go up the lighthouse steps he might of fallen a few times but did not quit so when he got frusterated just kept going up and not giving up because no madder how many times he fell on beau he kept having hope and trying because if he wanted to get home this is what he had to do so he could se either his mother or diego and marcelinna.
I think it means since Beau said to Tango follow me, I will help you stuff like that I think that when Tango said I will go on my own saying things like I will do things alone. Beau said Ok I trust you make the right desions things like that. Tango I think probally gave up searching for his owners because he thought they didn't care about them the story said Marcillena cares more about a useless handbag then Tango. I think that is really sad. Tango deserves to be treated right. He got seperated from family and he wants to give up I think it is just really sad and I dont think he should give up like that for a good life. I really don't! That is what Without hope... Without hope..... means to me.

I think it means that Tango will not be able to find marcilena or Deigo. They were talking about that the Jellyfish and the seals rescuing Tango from the accident. They said that the seals rescued saying Marcilena might have forgotten about Tango and did not really care about him and beau said marcilena did not belive in mericales and proabally thought Tango died in the boat accident. When the conversation was over Tango heard without hope withoput hope and I think that means that Marcilena will not come back for Tango.
